Purchasing Administrator
Salary: £26k+ DOE
Location: Huddersfield, West Yorkshire
Full time, Permanent Opportunity
On-site, Early Finish on Friday

We are looking for a strong administrator and aspiring negotiator to work alongside a friendly an experienced team for a manufacturing company in Huddersfield with an amazing reputation.
An opportunity to begin the next chapter in your career and become part of a growing industry, working alongside experts throughout the business. You will become a key part of an existing team, bringing new projects to life and working with suppliers to order key components and stock for products.
The Key Duties of the Purchasing Administrator

  • Ordering supplies and stock for the business where required
  • Research key stock items to find the best prices to ensure budgets are met
  • Deal with suppliers via email and over the telephone
  • Provide cost reports to senior management to complete purchases
  • Negotiate cost and delivery times where required to ensure smooth running of work-flow
  • Administrative support within the team
  • Keep organised diaries to ensure scheduling orders are effective
