Our client is seeking a dedicated individual to join our Procurement team on a full-time basis for 2 to 3 months, focusing on ensuring smooth procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- ERP Expertise: Proficiency in MS NAV or any ERP system for order management and PO verification.
- Stock Management: Regularly check stock levels for efficient warehouse operations and successful production picks.
- Warehouse Transition: Update purchase orders for our new 3rd party warehouse, 'Dependall.' Transition live transfer orders to Dependall.
- Order Reservations: Build up reservations to prevent order duplications.
- SKU Management: Set up stock keeping units (SKUs) for Dependall to streamline inventory.
Reporting Line: Directly report to the Procurement Manager.
Working Hours:
- 37.5 hours per week
- 9 am to 5 pm (Monday to Friday)
