Job description

Job Title: Purchasing Administrator, Temporary 3 months.

Location: Rugeley, WS15

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Purchase Orders efficiently.
  • Raise and receipt orders from automated emails.
  • Generate daily/weekly reports for suppliers and Regional Managers.
  • Maintain up-to-date supplier Purchase Orders.
  • Assist Team Managers and Technicians with order processing.
  • Support the Purchasing Process Manager and collaborate with financial colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Access, and Email.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented, pragmatic, and self-motivated.
  • Good communication skills.

Education & Experience:

  • Good general education.
  • GCSE English / Mathematics.
  • Computer administration skills.
  • Experience in direct customer/supplier contact.
  • Telephone/call handling experience.

Performance Metrics:

  • Volume and accuracy of Purchase Orders processed.
