Job Title: Purchasing Administrator, Temporary 3 months.
Location: Rugeley, WS15
Responsibilities:
- Manage Purchase Orders efficiently.
- Raise and receipt orders from automated emails.
- Generate daily/weekly reports for suppliers and Regional Managers.
- Maintain up-to-date supplier Purchase Orders.
- Assist Team Managers and Technicians with order processing.
- Support the Purchasing Process Manager and collaborate with financial colleagues.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Access, and Email.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, pragmatic, and self-motivated.
- Good communication skills.
Education & Experience:
- Good general education.
- GCSE English / Mathematics.
- Computer administration skills.
- Experience in direct customer/supplier contact.
- Telephone/call handling experience.
Performance Metrics:
- Volume and accuracy of Purchase Orders processed.
