About The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic IT Purchasing Administrator for an exciting opportunity within our dynamic IT team. This vital role involves managing purchase orders, obtaining quotations, and efficiently navigating our ticketing and procurement systems. The position offers excellent career progression opportunities and is perfect for individuals keen to develop their skills in a thriving IT environment. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

  • Accurately raise and manage purchase orders in a timely manner. 
  • Liaise with suppliers to gather and compare quotes for IT purchases 
  • Utilise the company's ticketing system to effectively track procurement tasks. 
  • Communicate with suppliers to address any issues with orders. 
  • Ensure procurement activities meet key performance indicators and service level agreements. 
  • Assist the IT procurement team and other departments to ensure a seamless procurement process. 
  • Contribute ideas for the enhancement of procurement processes and systems for greater efficiency.
