SalaryOur client, renowned in their field, is seeking a talented Purchasing Assistant to join their dynamic and thriving team following another successful year. Whilst this role is primarily based out of their Crawley offices you will be expected to travel to their HQ near Redhill weekly.
The Role
- Order stock from suppliers in alignment with warehouse and customer demands.
- Ensure timely deliveries of stock to meet operational requirements.
- Address and resolve any stock or invoice discrepancies with customers.
- Collaborate with the Procurement Manager and team to streamline purchasing processes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- A dynamic and driven personality that thrives in a collaborative team setting.
- Ideally a minimum 1+ years of experience in stock control and purchasing.
- Background in Construction is highly desirable.
- Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm (1 hour lunch)
- £25,000pa
