Sea Global are proud to be partnering with an impressive UK based wholesale business within the Tiling and Construction industry. They are in an exciting period where they are growing rapidly and expanding the team to keep up with the forecasted growth.
Ideally looking for a someone with a few years experience within a purchasing or procurement role but the main thing is someone who wants to get stuck in!
This is a great opportunity for an up-and-comer in the purchasing and procurement space to really progress their career.
Role & Responsibilities
- Report directly into the Head of Supply Chain and working with the Category Managers and wider Purchasing/Supply Chain team.
- Responsible for managing product inventory and monitoring stock levels.
- Managing supplier relationships and assessing supplier performance.
- Purse order management, tracking supply routes, forecasting, and cost control.
Experience & Requirements
- 2-3 years experience working in a purchasing or buyer type role.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Should be a confident, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and time management skills.
