Your new role
- Full procurement responsibility for a small team
- Developing, implementing and leading overall commodity strategies
- Negotiate, execute and monitor contractual agreements with key suppliers
- Leading negotiations and supporting development of multimillion £ projects
- Working closely with multiple internal stakeholders within a fast-paced work environment
What you\'ll need to succeed
- Direct purchasing experience within complex manufacturing sectors like Industrial Manufacturing, Aerospace, Defense, Automotive, Aviation, Oil and Gas etc.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive with commercial business acumen, problem-solving abilities to think out-of-the-box
- Experience with people management and direct reports
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced, vibrant environment
