Key Responsibilities:
Purchase Order Management: Efficiently create and manage purchase orders in adherence to company policies.
Vendor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, actively negotiating terms and agreements to ensure cost-effectiveness and reliability.
Inventory Control: Monitor and optimize inventory levels to align with production and customer demands.
Cost Analysis: Conduct regular analyses to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure streamlined procurement processes.
Contract Management: Assist in managing supplier contracts, ensuring compliance and performance standards are met.
Profile
Purchasing Office Assistant Requirments:
- Previous experience in a purchasing or procurement role, ideally within the consumer goods sector.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
