PURCHASING, SALES AND PLANNING ADMINISTRATOR - 27,000 TO 30,000 (DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE) PERMANENT FULL TIME - BASED BINLEY WOODS, COVENTRY - MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8.30AM TO 5PM

Our client are a reputable, established and fast paced Company, who are looking for someone to join them in this very important role.

You will be working alongside an experienced employee who will help you grow in this multi tasking role and help you develop further.

Working within the materials and procurement function to ensure on-time in-full delivery of materials and components to ensure material availability for the engineers.

Creating and expediting purchase orders.

Liaising with suppliers and negotiating lead times, quantities, and pricing

Ensuring stock accuracy of materials and attainment of min/max levels

Managing and implementing call-off orders and pricing agreements

Supporting project planning activities and ensure materials are scheduled in-line with demand.

Supporting project planning, booking accommodation and plant hire.

Sales support, preparation of formal quotations from data and information provides.

Supporting sales activities in general, researching and information gathering.

The Person:

Previous knowledge of working with computers and recording information accurately.

Attention to detail.

Ability to multi-task.

Good communication skills.

Experience in Procurement and or planning for raw materials and ideally sub-contractor services.

Experience and knowledge of Purchasing processes gained from prior experience in a Purchasing Assistant / Purchasing Administrator / Materials Control / Materials Planner role.

A natural negotiator with excellent commercial awareness.

Experience of working in a fast-paced manufacturing / engineering / construction business.
