Currently seeking a meticulous QA Admin Support professional for a Commercial and Industrial Division of a large Group. This pivotal role, focuses on maintaining an organised and structured approach to evidence compilation within their quality system. The QA Admin ensures compliance with project specifications and facilitates seamless communication with clients.

The ideal candidate is IT literate, possesses good educational qualifications in Maths and English, and has prior experience handling high volumes of information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Place project-specific information in the correct areas (Workspace, hard-copies, local project folders).
- Review documentation, identify errors, and coordinate corrections.
- Verify Supplier Test Certification against Purchase Orders for material traceability.
- Chase missing or delayed material test certification from suppliers.
- Assist in resolving supplier issues/NCRs and escalate material traceability concerns.
- Support NCR and SAM software, including creating contracts and downloading reporting information.
- Undertake any other necessary ad hoc duties within your capabilities.
