Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement unit tests.
- Plan and implement browser based regression tests.
- Execute test cases using manual and automated methods.
- Produce test coverage metrics.
- Ensure high quality and functionality.
- Identify and report bugs and defects clearly.
- Collaborate with developers to understand product requirements and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest QA tools and methodologies.
- Participate in scrum events, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint retrospectives.
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in QA testing, particularly within a SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Working knowledge of testing methodologies (e.g., exploratory, black-box).
- Experience with bug tracking through JIRA.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Technical Skills (Preferred):
- Familiarity with NextJS, Tailwind CSS, Vercel, Junit, Cypress, and MySQL.
