AddressLinks Recruitment Group are seeking Production Operatives to work for our client based in Aberdare. This role is ongoing work and full-time hours.
Main Job Function
Responsible for the product Quality control on assigned production lines. Must work under limited control from the area supervisor along with the ability to follow and advise on Quality standards.
Responsible for confirming the operators are following SOPs and packing specifications via on the job audits and inspections.
Auditing TPM standards and advising on organisation of production areas and
General duties / responsibilities include but are not exclusive:
· Assist with R&D project work.
· Work constructively with other departments within the organisation.
· Carry out TPM Audits
· Daily audit of Raw materials
· Daily audit of Finished goods
· Daily Audit of end of line packing
· QC check on final finished good prior to material entering warehouse
· Prioritise actions to improve Quality if necessary.
· Highlight any Quality defects to line leaders
· Audit housekeeping checks on tool rooms and storage areas
· Assist in the training and development of Trainees
· Complete documentation accurately.
· Comply with all Company procedures.
· To work within the department’s safety instruction & health and safety guidelines.
· Assist with process improvements

Salary: £10.00-£10.75 per hour
