Responsibilities

• Design, write, execute and maintain manual & automated tests.
• Align to the overarching risk-based approach, maximising test coverage for the most critical solution features.
• Help build, maintain and continuously improve the automation framework including associated documentation.
• Communicate and log all Risks, Issues and Dependencies, particularly those relating to automated testing.
• Peer review activities of automated test scripts.
• Raise detailed bug reports, working with development as appropriate to support timely resolutions.
• Help maintain / develop supporting simulation tools helping maximise the automated test coverage.

Experience

• Experience working with CI/CD, scripting & DevOps tools
• Knowledge of Selenium
• Experience using continuous Integration tools (Jenkins & TeamCity)
• Experience of working in agile teams and an excellent understanding of JIRA
• Interact and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels
• Facilitate communication between the technical & business Stakeholders
• Preferred experience with BDD, gherkin language (SpecFlow, Cucumber, JBehave)
