The are looking for a someone take an active role in maintaining the QA and SHE functions, prioritise meeting customer expectations and maintaining high safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and audit the health, safety, quality and environmental systems in accordance with ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001.
• Responsible for all production process through to the finished product
• Maintain and ensure production processes and products adhere to the appropriate QA standards and SHE systems
• Manage customer complaints and put processes in place to reduce reoccurrence
• Support and assist investigations following protocol for continuous improvement
• Ensure essential checks and measures of equipment and site are carried out to ensure its fit for purpose including international standards

Ideal candidate

·Experience and knowledge of ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015 and ISO45001

·Manufacturing and Quality background

·Qualification in internal auditing

·Experienced in MS Office suite

·The ability to work on multiple tasks and collaborate across different functions to identify issues and implement solutions and improvements is a valuable skillset in many professional environments.

·Experience of RCFA techniques eg: "5 why", "fishbone diagrams" etc

·NEBOSH general certificate or equivalent (desirable)

Knowledge of working in a metal fabrication environment (desirable)

Welding standards experience (desirable)
