Salary: £32,000 - £48,000 per annum

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Teacher to join our vibrant educational community in South Gloucestershire. Starting in September 2024, this role is perfect for an individual who is passionate about nurturing young minds and fostering a positive learning environment.

• Plan and Deliver Lessons: Create and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to a diverse student body, ensuring all learning styles are addressed.
• Assess Student Progress: Regularly assess students' work, provide constructive feedback, and monitor their academic progress to help them achieve their goals.
• Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love of learning.
• Curriculum Development: Collaborate with colleagues to develop and refine the school's curriculum, ensuring it meets educational standards and the needs of all students.
• Parental Engagement: Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns, fostering a supportive home-school partnership.
• Professional Development: Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with educational best practices and continuously improve teaching skills.
• School Activities: Participate in school-wide activities, including extracurricular programs, school events, and staff meetings.

• Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is required.
• Experience: Previous experience teaching at the primary level is highly desirable.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of the primary school curriculum and effective teaching methods.
• Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Adaptability: Ability to tailor teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
