Qualified Accountant Accounts Senior

A fast-growing and forward-moving accountancy practice based in Brighton is searching for either a newly qualified or qualified Accounts Senior to join their firm, as a key addition with increasing responsibility and career development on offer, as part of this successful team.

You will be responsible for:

• Preparing Statutory Accounts.
  
• Preparing financial statements for limited companies, partnerships and sole traders up to the audit threshold. 
  
• Preparation of personal and corporate tax computations and returns.
  
• Providing bookkeeping and management accounting services.
  
• Filing Companies House and HM Revenue & Customs documents on client's behalf.
  
• Ensuring that accounting records for clients are maintained and kept up to date.
  
• Dealing with the preparation and completion of quarterly VAT returns.
  

• Good well well-rounded practice experience
  
• Comfortable in accounts production under FRS102 & 105
  
• Well organised, methodical, and great attention to detail
  
• ACA/ACCA qualified/newly qualified.
  

£35,000 - £45,000 dependent on experience and background, negotiable. A highly competitive benefits package is also on offer.
