Qualified Social Worker needed for Adult Community Team in Bristol – Pay rate is up to £35ph and ongoing contract!

• The team are looking for 2x full time Social Worker.
• The Role is hybrid and requires a minimum of two days in the office as well as attendance (face to face) for team meetings and practice sessions where required, as well as face to face community visits in and around the locality.
• You will hold a case load of cases of people new to the service, undertake CAA’s / MCA’s / BI / support planning and commissioning services, sign-posting, S42’s. Caseload is around 16-20 cases at a time.
• You will need to be a Qualified Social worker who is registered with SW England, have experience in Adult Care working with the Care Act, MC Act, Safeguarding,
