Key Responsibilities:
- Be the named person for service users, fostering collaborative relationships.
- Undertake assessments using Asset and other tools to identify factors leading to offending behaviour.
- Manage caseloads in line with local policies, prioritizing safeguarding obligations.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for Referral Panels, Youth, Magistrates, and Crown Courts.
- Update and review assessments using the Asset framework and manage Risk and Vulnerability Management plans.
- Act as a Court Duty Officer and participate in out-of-hours and weekend duty rota.
- Maintain accurate case records on the Youth Offending Information System (YOIS) and other systems.
What We're Looking For:
- Social Work Degree
- Experience: Work with children, young people, and families in relevant settings, such as YOS, Family and/or Adolescent Support.
- Knowledge: Professional practice, legal framework, and service delivery in relevant areas of work.
