Excellent role for an Electrical supervisor from an EV/commercial electrical background, looking to work for a rapidly growing, industry leading business within the EV sector, where a training and progression route is mapped out for you to move up into project and Regional Management role and beyond, whilst getting expert industry training.

The company is a leading ICP and EV ChargePoint installer serving commercial clients across all of the UK. They offer a full turnkey service comprising connections to the grid, civil engineering services, and full installation of electric vehicle chargers. To date they have completed just under 1,000 projects in just under 4 years of business, currently have over 200 projects ongoing and cover across the UK.
They do work on behalf of all the house hold names in the industry and are fast becoming one themselves, as well as the go to company in the industry to give projects to. They are also branching into solar and battery storage.
In this role you will be trained, learning the ins and outs of the industry. You will mainly site based, day to day supervisor of projects, making sure everyone is effective in their duties. As the company grows this role will progress and change into managing a geographical area with managers and sub teams reporting in to you. Installation of commercial EV charging units.
The company are looking for someone who is either experienced in the EV market wanting a supervisory/management role, or someone from a commercial electrical background wanting to use their current knowledge and bulking on the exciting EV side along with other renewables.
The role:
*Excellent training and progression
*Become a site supervisor/manager, and then a regional manager and beyond

The person:
*Must have a commercial electrical background or EV
*Must be happy to travel (company paid for) to sites to oversee projects
