The post holder will primarily be responsible for mobilising established evidence and creating new knowledge through participatory, rapid evaluation, to maximise impact of JU:MP locally. The Research Fellow will develop a close working relationship with the delivery team, conduct empirical research, and facilitate regular process learning sessions. The role will also involve co-ordinating and delivering an evaluation of a school-based Dance intervention, which involves a range of participatory, qualitative methodologies with children and school stakeholders
