Job Description – Health Care Assistant / Support Worker

Hazelford Care Home, Boat Lane, Bleasby, Nottinghamshire, NG14 7FT

We are now looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Dayshift & Nightshift Care Workers for our care home in Bleasby, Nottinghamshire. At Hazelford Care Home you are more than a care worker. ● Flexibility: Shift pattern:

Dayshift: 8am-8pm

Nightshift: 8pm-8am

You would also be working alternate weekends

● Experience: Experience preferred but not essential

● Immediate start available (subject to DBS check and references)

If you are invited to attend an interview, we will discuss your availability; however, you should be able to work at our peak times throughout the day and at weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

● To look after the emotional, cultural and social needs of the Clients using a person-centered approach

● To physically assist clients and help them where required

● To offer care that is based on dignity, compassion, wellbeing and responsiveness to their changing needs

● To create and maintain good professional relationships with Clients, their family and friends and other stakeholders
