THE COMPANY
Global agency with a new focus towards AI and how we can use data technology to develop market research techniques. Be part of the new and growing team helping to develop and change the landscape of the business.
THE ROLE
This role will focus on understanding client briefs and fulfilling this through Qualitative Research. Specifically, you will:
- Understand the client in detail, who they are who are their users and how should we market this!
- Lead the team in market research and qualitative analysis using them to understand market trends, brand tracking and customer sentiment!
- Focus on projects across customer feedback and consumer research through surveys and analysis, as well as working on brand tracking and providing insights into the public sentiment
- Highlight the use of AI in market research projects and the big benefits tools like this can have.
YOUR SKILLS
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Strong experience in research methods, specifically Qualitative Research
- Able to communicate with C-suite stakeholders
- Either direct experience or appreciation for the technology industry and AI
- Passion for data!
