SALARY: £12.50/£13.00 per hour dependent on experience
HOURS: Monday to Friday 6 hours a day, 30 hours a week
JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an Administrator to join a busy department dealing with Quality and sensitive information.
The Opportunity:
An excellent opportunity to join a busy team in a charity organisation, the ideal candidate will be meticulous with excellent attention to detail and an open and honest attitude. You will receive vigorous training, beginning in basic administration and eventually progressing into Quality Admin, accessing controlled sensitive information, pulling reports and liaising with managers for reviews and updates.
Role profile:
- Logging and notifying mangers of renewal updates
- Ensuring strict adherence to organisational polices and procedures
- Provide data and produce reports
- Ensuring thorough documentation and data analysis
- Ad hoc administration duties
Person profile:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Experience working with confidential and sensitive information
