Quality Administrator
Quality and Performance
Permanent vacancy – 18.5 hours per week
£23,534 pro rata (£11,767 per annum)
Working within a small dynamic team and reporting directly to the Director of Quality Assurance and Improvement, this is a varied role that will see the successful applicant providing administrative and clerical support to enable the smooth running of the Quality department. The function of the department is to provide assurance and support improvements in all areas of the College, and you will be instrumental in supporting the work carried out by the team.
Key responsibilities and duties include:
- Review enquiries, concerns and correspondence from internal and external stakeholders, liaising with the relevant departments and ensuring timely response
- Facilitating the student survey process, identifying target audience and issuing accordingly
- Collating and analysing student survey results, reporting key findings to each department as required
- Logging relevant information for departmental and performance review purposes
- Attending meetings with the Quality Managers and taking minutes
- Maintaining an accurate log of all existing courses
- Providing administrative support to ensure the effective running of College wide development days
We are looking for a Quality Administrator with a keen eye for detail, experienced in preparing detailed reports and working with a variety databases and systems. You will have excellent communication skills which you will put into effect when communicating with internal and external stakeholders and providing support to colleagues in the use of identified systems and process.
