Quality And Compliance Manager

We are looking for a Quality and Compliance Manager to join us at Schoen Clinic Group UK!This position is an integral role within the Mental Health Division of Schoen Clinic, providing expert advice on Clinical Governance, Risk management and Patient experience ensuring the Mental Health teams are compliant with legislative requirements, guidelines, national and local policy.You will be leading the Mental Health Division by championing and raising awareness of effective governance, quality processes and regulatory requirements. It is the responsibility of the post holder to contribute to the development of the strategic quality agenda across the division and to create a positive culture of quality improvement and patient safety.What we need from you?The successful candidate will have experience of working in the mental health healthcare sector previously and / or working within a social care setting previously. Being registered with the NMC as a Registered Mental Health Nurse is ideal but not essential to carry out this role.The Quality and Compliance Manager represents Schoen Clinic on both a national and international level, and as such will need to be a trusted representative of the Schoen Clinic brand.
