Quality and Health & Safety Engineer Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain the quality management system to AS/EN9100 standards.
* Assist in developing health and safety policies, procedures, and risk assessments.
* Conduct internal audits of Quality and Health & Safety documentation.
* Participate in advanced product quality planning.
* Liaise with customers and suppliers to resolve quality issues.
Quality and Health & Safety Engineer Skills & Experience Required
* Degree in quality, manufacturing, or engineering discipline.
* Certified in root cause corrective action and internal auditing (AS9100/EN9100/ISO9001).
* Formal health and safety qualification (NEBOSH/IOSH).
* Proficient in lean techniques, statistical analysis, and quality auditing.
* Strong communication skills, teamwork, and IT proficiency.
