Reed Scientific is working with a Healthcare, London based, company looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join their team. Providing patients with hope and access to vital medicines, this growing company offers a great benefits package and opportunities for growth and progression.

Job role:

• Create, maintain and archive GxP documentation
• Maintain a compliant quality system in accordance with GMP and GDP
• Ensure patient safety and medication quality is not compromised by operations
• Support business-wide quality enquires while logging, supporting and investigating complaints
• Assist in SOP and GxP training of Quality Staff
• Contribute to deviation investigations and CAPA follow-ups to ensure timely action closure.
• Participate in the self-inspection schedule as a supporting auditor.
• Conduct customer, supplier, and vendor approvals, including periodic requalification.
• Prioritise emergency orders efficiently and effectively

Hours: 9 - 5 
Lunch: 1 hour
Hybrid: 3 days WFH

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Quality management or Life sciences
• At least 2 years practical experience in GxP Supply Chain Production and Quality Assurance
• GMP, GDP and MHRA Guidance Note 14 knowledge
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong planning, time management, organisation and administrative ability.
