Role Objectives
- Manage, maintain, administer, and support the general upkeep of the QMS.
- Manage tracking systems and registers to ensure that the QMS is in a controlled state and is compliant with policies, SOPs, best practices, and requirements of relevant standards.
- Collate information for customer requests, also external and internal audits.
- Management of purchase orders for QA related tasks/services where appropriate using SAP.
- Work under the guidance of the Quality Engineer to support the process of equipment validation as required for new equipment, as well as revalidation of existing equipment, in areas such as the Production department.
- General administrative duties in the department.
Essential
- Ability to work with critical attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
- Experience with Microsoft Office at an intermediate level (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint Outlook).
- Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices to meet compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485.
- Experience in maintaining a Quality Management System.
- Previous Quality Assurance or audit experience.
- Experience using SAP
