QA Administrator-Food Safety Administrator

On behalf of our client based in Wednesbury, we are looking for a QA Administrator to join their team.

• Employment Type: Permanent
• Location: Wednesbury
• Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
• Salary:£23000-£26000p/a DOE

Job Responsibilities:

• Management of customer complaints and see through to a satisfactory outcome
• Support on both supplier audits & creating customer product specifications
• Manage the Technical team's inbox, responding to or redirecting Technical enquiries – responding to customer enquires
• Provide administrative and technical support to the technical team
• To ensure that the site operates in accordance with the HACCP Plan and that CCPs are monitored appropriately
• Perform the food safety induction trainings and ensure that all the documentation is appropriately saved
• To ensure that all the proof of delivery is entered to the system
