On behalf of our client based in Wednesbury, we are looking for a QA Administrator to join their team.

- Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
- Salary:GBP23(Apply online only)-GBP26(Apply online only)p/a DOE
Job Responsibilities:
- Management of customer complaints and see through to a satisfactory outcome
- Support on both supplier audits & creating customer product specifications
- Manage the Technical team's inbox, responding to or redirecting Technical enquiries responding to customer enquires
- Provide administrative and technical support to the technical team
- To ensure that the site operates in accordance with the HACCP Plan and that CCPs are monitored appropriately
- Perform the food safety induction trainings and ensure that all the documentation is appropriately saved
- To ensure that all the proof of delivery is entered to the system
