Quality Assurance Analyst
Pro currently has some exciting opportunities to be a Quality Assurance Analyst as part of our Insurance Services team.
Pro operates a flexible hybrid working policy and this role would be based either working at home or working at home and at our Gloucester or Liverpool office.
This role will be to manage the four pillars of quality management, including quality control planning, quality control, Quality Assurance and quality improvement. The aim of this team is to improve the quality of processes, products, and services, ensuring adherence to compliance regulations and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, monitor, and control the quality standards
- Develop quality procedures and assess the data quality
- Conduct quality audits and analysis
- Identify and document issues and remediation actions
- Manage the remediation actions and recommend pre-emptive controls
- Monitor and report the quality metrics
- Work closely with senior management and business functions on data quality issues
- Assist in maintaining and improving internal controls to ensure compliance
- Enable and monitor adherence to the SOX controls
Skills and qualifications Required:
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and flexibility dealing with significant operational change.
- Able to accomplish tasks with minimal supervision, maintain accuracy, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
The technical skills and experience you'll need to be proficient are:
- Experience in the Delegated business preferable although not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Articulate and confident, able to fit into a fast paced, dynamic environment with a 'can do attitude' and ability to build relationships across different levels of business.
- Excellent time management, attention to detail and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and contribute to team objectives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management tools
