Job description

Starting Salary: £20,850 per annum.

Job Type: Permanent

Working Pattern: 35 hours per week

Location: Lancaster

The Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join our efficient, supportive, and innovative Awarding and Quality Assurance Team.


As part of the role, you will support the Quality Assurance systems and activities working to maintain and enhance the standards of our Access to Higher Education Diploma, Ofqual, CCEA and Qualifications Wales Regulated Provision.

As a Quality Assurance Assistant, you will support the Quality Assurance team to manage and maintain Quality Assurance standards and associated activities required by senior management and regulators.

You will provide support to internal and external Quality Assurance staff to contribute to the excellent delivery of customer service to our centres.

You will work closely with the Ascentis Quality Assurance Managers to support and plan Quality Assurance training and events.

It is vital you have a positive ‘can do’ attitude and are able to meet deadlines. You will need to be competent and experienced in the application and operation of ICT, for database operations, Outlook, Excel & Word
