Quality Assurance (Document Coordinator Specialist)

Cpl Life Sciences are currently recruiting for a Quality Document Coordinator & Archival Solutions Specialist to join a global pharmaceutical company who focusses on developing life changing vaccine products. The main purpose of this role is to support the maintenance of global quality system processes, procedures and QA activities relating to the Document and Records Management Systems, including document management, archival, application of global quality policies and standards and project work.

Key responsibilities;

• Manage workflow and document management for controlled documents
• Troubleshoot workflows and report generation
• Notify staff of new, revised and withdrawn controlled documents
• Support with projects regarding EMDS system, e-archive systems or quality department
• Support with site and function audit preparations with regards to EDMS/ eArchive
• Perform archiving, arranging offsite storage of records, assist with searching, locating and obtaining documents both on site and offsite, processing audits
• Manage the global archival system
• Participate in system improvements

Experience;

• Experience of regulatory, quality requirements for the pharmaceutical/ vaccine industry
• QMS experience, trackwise, EDMS systems
