Quality Assurance Executive
Opportunity for an administrator with outstanding attention to detail to join a friendly, professional, successful team at a well-established independent insurance brokerage based in Watford, Hertfordshire. Heath Crawford provide essential advice to small and medium sized business and private clients enabling 80% of clients to save money on their insurance with our advice.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing compliance calls made to clients from advisers to ensure all correct information was provided to the client at point of sale.
- Asking advisers to rectify errors and omissions.
- Downloading reports from CRM.
- Checking quotes issued to client match what has been promised.
- Answer phone in a professional manner, take messages and pass them on to Account Manager.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be well-organised, have excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. They will have a positive attitude and enjoy working to deadlines.
• Working hours: 9am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday.
• Bonus (historically 15% of salary paid as bonus quarterly) based on
business performance.
• Once probation passed, company-funded Private Medical Insurance & Dental Insurance.
