QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER

My client is a global healthcare company that specialises in lifesaving medication & technology.
I am looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to manage their QA Complaints Team.
This role will be a full-time, onsite role. Working hours are Monday-Friday, 9am – 5pm.
Salary is competitive and negotiable.
About the role:
This role will specifically be looking at managing complaints of both product quality and services.
About you
- Must have significant experience in the Pharmaceutical industry
- Must have experience in people management
- Must have experience with Batch Recall process
- Must have experience handling all elements of QMS such as deviations, investigations, CAPA’s and change controls etc
- Must have strong administrative skills and be computer literate
- Must be resilient and able to use own initiative to solve problems
- Must have the ability to plan workload and follow processes
- Must have good communication skills
