Job Description
The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of Quality Assurance activities across the factory. This will include:
- Developing and implementing quality control processes and procedures to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and implement quality objectives and performance metrics.
- Conducting regular internal and external audits to monitor product quality, identify non-conformities, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes, reduce defects, and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and quality management system requirements.
The Successful Applicant
Successful candidates will have a strong Quality Assurance background in a manufacturing environment. You will also have:
- A proven ability at developing and implementing quality control processes and procedures.
- Experience of managing ISO standards.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to make quick decisions.
- A proven continuous improvement mind set, constantly searching for ways to develop the department.
- Sound communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of the business.
- Experience working in textiles or similar industry would be advantageous.
