Job Role:Quality Assurance Officer

Location: Solihull

Working Hours:Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm

Duration: 3 months (with potential extension)

Pay: £150 per day

We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Officer to join a global leading dynamic business who is growing rapidly. Although this is a temporary contract position for an initial period of 3 months based on performance and business needs, there may be opportunities for an extension, so this is the perfect time to get into a growing business with opportunity for progression.

As the Quality Assurance Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with legislative requirements as a Responsible Person.

Key Responsibilities -

• Ensuring that a quality management system is maintained.
• Certifying training programs that are implemented and maintained.
• Conducting audit processes accurately
• Approving subcontracted activities
• Ensuring that any additional requirements imposed on certain products by national law are adhered to
• Perform internal audits of business functions, in line with agreed schedule
• Attend monthly meetings with 3rd party stakeholders and action the follow up duties
• Proactively support management
• Ensuring that relevant customer complaints are dealt with effectively in a timely manner.

Skills & Experience required:

• Proven Quality Assurance skills
• Strong organisational experience
• Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO27001 and ISO14001
• Proficient communicator
• IT Skills - MS Office
