Quality Assurance Officer
Watford, WD24 4YR
- Full time (40 hours per week, Monday – Friday)
- Permanent position
- £23,800 - £28,600 per annum

The Company:
Our client is a pharmaceutical testing laboratory based in Watford, Hertfordshire. The business is primarily set up for supporting pharmaceutical clients in the testing of finished products that require further batch certification and stability testing.
Key Responsibilities of the Quality Assurance Officer:
- Review analytical data and reports generated by the QC laboratory against client methods to ensure compliance to the methods and GMP/GLP/GDP
- Prepare and review analytical reports for method transfers
- Generate Certificate of Analysis from Test Orders or Analytical Data presented for review
- Review of Calibration of Equipment as per defined schedules and procedure
Qualification and skills
The successful candidate will have:
- Bachelors or equivalent degree in science
- A minimum of 1 year’s experience in a GMP QC laboratory with hands on industrial experience using a HPLC System
- Must hold a work permit or have approval to work in the UK for at least a minimum of 24 months
- A sharp eye for detail and accuracy
- High level of concentration
