Quality Assurance (Qa) Operations Manager

Walker Cole International is searching for a Quality Assurance (QA) Operations Manager to join an exciting pharmaceutical manufacturer in the South-West of the UK.

Your responsibilities as Quality Assurance (QA) Operations Manager will be:

• Provide oversite of the end-to-end manufacturing process on the shop floor.
• Perform root cause analysis of deviations and non-conformances, and drive Corrective and preventative actions (CAPAs).
• Lead and mentor the shop floor Quality Assurance (QA) Operations team.
• Manage and oversee the batch release process.
• Ensure adherence to EU/UK Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).

The successful candidate for the Quality Assurance (QA) Operations Manager will demonstrate the following:

• Significant experience in operational pharmaceutical Quality Assurance.
• Strong knowledge of EU/UK Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) Regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
