QA Specialist
Role overview:
Audit and Quality Assurance is responsible for ensuring the company is in regulatory compliance for all services and products offered while conducting or assisting with internal/external audits for compliance procedures.
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance, support, and training to staff regarding SOP and other regulatory compliance issues.
- Prepare audit reports and responses. * Assist the company in developing and completing corrective action plans as necessary.
- Conduct or assist in external audits of contractors and vendors for the purpose of qualification and verification of regulatory compliance, including due diligence reviews, site audits, and periodic re-evaluations
- Draft, review, approve, and implement Quality Assurance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). * Review validation documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Stay abreast of regulatory, quality, and industry trends for the benefit of the company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Pharmacy).
- Previous experience in a Quality Assurance role in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in preparing and conducting audits.
- Familiarity with Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and regulatory requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
