This company designs and manufactures crucial technology which is having a great impact on saving babies’ lives.
This key role will support the quality and compliance team by processing and triaging customer complaints and ensuring products meet the agreed-upon standards.
The ideal candidate will need at least one year of Quality assurance experience in a high-tech engineering environment, preferably within Manufacturing. If you have exposure to ISO13485 it would be ideal but not essential.
There are clear pathways to progress long-term, allowing you to gain experience and learn more about QMS.
Requirements:
- Processing and triaging of customer complaints.
- Communicating with relevant internal departments to ensure complaints are investigated properly.
- Ensure team reports are done correctly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.
