The Site:
There are over 4000 employees in Biscuit International, and the site in Gateshead, a world leading manufacturer of Gluten Free biscuits, employs 230 of those across a very diverse workforce.
They have recently implemented a fabulous LMS system to support training and development within the facility and support culture improvements.
Becoming part of Biscuit International has catapulted the business from single site to being part of a leading organisation with over 30 sites across the world, mainly Europe.

The Person:
- Manage the core business technical processes, whilst being the lead technical contact for customers, retailers, and governing bodies.
- Safely co-ordinate and continuously improve the organisations technical strategy to ensure safety, legality, and compliance always.
- To meet and exceed company and customer expectations for compliance, quality, cost and delivery.
- Strong communicator and team player.
- Highly motivated and capable of independent analysis.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- The ability to work in a fast moving rapidly changing business.
Working on a 12 hour days & nights shift pattern.
