This is an exciting time to join our client in a key QA and Admin Support role. If you have proven administration skills and an exceptional eye for detail then this is the role for you. They are seeking a talented individual to inspect their unrivalled products to ensure they meet their Quality criteria whilst enjoying a busy, varied and rewarding QA admin support role.
Key duties include -
- ·Focus of this role is to assist with Quality Assurance of products, packaging and despatch
- · Provide cover for, and support the Sales Order Processing Team
- Co-coordinating with Production and Warehouse Teams.
- · Varied administration tasks including despatch, writing up processes, answering the telephone, filing.
Key skills :
- Great manual dexterity - must to be able to perform delicate work, applying labels to small parts ready for despatch.
- · Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and comfortable working independently
- · Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- · Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
- · Strong attention to detail
- · Proficient computer skills.
- · Sage Line 50 accounts sales order module helpful as is basic Excel skills.
- · Sales Order Processing experience ideal but not essential
- · Quality control experience ideal but not essential
Salary £22,000 - £25,000 depending on level of experience
4 day week Monday to Thursday 7.30 am - 4.30 pm
