Job Title: Quality/Compliance Manager - Health & Social Care
Location: York and surrounding area
Salary: £45,000/Yr. + Mileage
Duration: Permanent full time
Type: Hybrid (requires driving)
We are seeking a Quality Manager for a group of talented people with a strong desire to help those with autism, learning difficulties, mental health issues, and other complicated needs.
You will be in charge of ensuring that services are safe, legal, and of the highest caliber, as well as the quality and compliance of those services.
Experience and qualifications:
- Significant operational management expertise; ideally as a Registered Manager; understanding of the legal environment and CQC core requirements.
- The ability to write policies and offer training or workshops on quality standards are desirable.
- Check the quality of reviews and support plans using the QAF.
- Conduct quality and compliance inspections and visits in accordance with the QAF, including mock inspections.
