Quality Control Assessor

Recruit UK is currently seeking an experience individual to join a thriving Investment Management and Financial Advisory firm with a national presence. A position has opened up in their Quality Control team within their Investment Management arm - specifically relating to Risk. Supporting Front Office with compliance, you’ll play a core role in assessing and recording the suitability of investment recommendations throughout the client lifecycle. This will involve assessing client records, evidence of suitability, justification of suitability and working with colleagues to ensure findings are reported to a high standard. This will involve liaising with Front Office, understanding the technicalities of suitability for investments and challenging or escalating when appropriate.

Ideal Experience/Qualifications:

• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Keen to complete qualifications for the role
• UK regulations experience (FCA Aware)
• Understanding of investment suitability and client vulnerability
• Understanding of ISA’s, Investments and SIPPs
