Responsibilities:
- Being an active member of the Environmental and Sustainability Team
- Coordinate Quality and Sustainability activities across the company
- Working with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure necessary materials are available and approved on time and to a high standard.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Quality and Sustainability measures
- Maintain documentation and records related to quality assurance activities
- Develop and implement procedures and processes
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Analyse data and trends to identify areas for improvement
- Provide training and guidance to employees on quality control procedures
- Carry out technical and market research to assist Head of QA/RA with new product development
Experience:
- Excellent organisation and project coordination skills
- Degree (desirable) or A-level (essential) in sustainability, life science or engineering, or equivalent related experience
- Experience of ISO 9001, 14001 or 13485 is desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
