For the successful Quality Coordinator our client is offering:
• Salary Negotiable
• Monday to Friday (0845 - 1730)
• Fixed Term Contract - 2 years
• Benefits: 23 days annual leave plus public bank holidays, long service increment up to 25 days, Company pension, Employee discount
The role – Quality Coordinator :
• Manage factory quality cases from creation at point of complaint to completion
• Responsible for supporting the quality engineer developing reports to raise cases with international manufacturers for review and investigation
• Follow up with factories to establish a resolution to the damages and repairs
• Manage a high volume of open cases across the category range
• Use MS Excel; V-Lookups and Pivot Tables to develop reports
What our client is looking for in a Quality Coordinator Role:
• Previous experience in a quality reporting role - DESIREABLE
• MS Excel experience: Pivot Table and V-LookUp - ESSENTIAL
• Accuracy and attention to detail - ESSENTIAL
• Case Management experience / coordination experience - ESSENTIAL
• Able to manage aftersales / repairs and complaint cases to completion - ESSENTIAL
• Degree Educated - DESIREABLE
Key skills or similar Job titles:
Quality Assurance Administrator, Quality Administrator, Quality and Compliance Admin, Product Assurance.
