Role & Responsibilities
As the Quality Director, you will be a pivotal leader in shaping the quality strategy and ensuring excellence across all manufacturing processes. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Formulate Quality Policies and Objectives: Develop comprehensive quality assurance policies and establish clear objectives that align with the company's strategic goals.
- Lead Quality Management Systems (QMS): Implement and maintain robust QMS to ensure compliance with industry standards such as AS9100, fostering continuous improvement initiatives.
- Guide and Develop Quality Teams: Provide leadership, training, and performance assessments for quality assurance and control teams, encouraging effective collaboration across departments.
- Supervise Inspections and Resolve Defects: Oversee thorough product inspections, address defects and customer complaints promptly, and implement corrective and preventive measures.
- Maintain Quality Documentation and Reporting: Ensure precise documentation of quality processes, produce detailed reports on quality performance, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Focus on Customer Satisfaction and Risk Management: Monitor customer feedback, enhance satisfaction, manage quality-related risks, and drive proactive improvements based on insights.
