SalaryWe are excited to be working with a market leading manufacturing company who are recruiting for an experienced Quality Engineer. The main responsibility of this role is to lead CI projects across the manufacturing site whilst ensuring procedures and specifications are met.
Role
- lead continuous improvement projects within the manufacturing facility, monitoring and analysing quality performance ensuring procedures and specifications are met
- Audit performance against company QM systems
- Maintain ISO 9001 standards and audit schedule
- From internal audits, drive corrective actions to completion to continually improve processes.
- Analyse process performance using appropriate data mining and statistical analysis methods and utilise these to support improvement activity
- Organise, deliver and implement QA related training
Person
- Experience of working with a manufacturing or process environment
- Strong Quality Management experience
- ISO 9001 audit certification
- Excellent knowledge and experience of leading lean and CI projects
- Familiarity with eQMS systems
